Data Retention and Archiving Policy

LLB Inclusive Employment ("Inclusive Employment", "we", "our") collect, process, and store information about our employees and clients, in order to provide our services, evaluate activities, track progression, and monitor outcomes.

When handling such information, all Inclusive Employment employees, or others who process or use any personal information on its behalf, must comply with the Data Protection Principles set out in the Data Protection Act 2018 (‘the Act’) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

 

All Inclusive Employment staff, or others who process or use any personal information, must ensure that they follow these principles at all times. This policy sets out the ways in which we will ensure that these principles are put into practice.
